CLIENT OVERVIEW

Starlight Children’s Foundation is a non-profit that delivers happiness to seriously ill children and their families at more than 800 children’s hospitals across the U.S. through state-of-the-art programs like Starlight Virtual Reality, Hospital Wear, and Gaming.  

THE CHALLENGE

Their current website was outdated, slow, and had over 200 web pages resulting in a confusing site map and complicated user flow. Starlight needed a new website that incorporated new branding, an improved user flow for their different audiences, as well as strategies to gain more donations on the website.

THE GOAL

1. Project manage the website launch of a mobile-first responsive website that serves information to our hospital partners and donors

2. Create an easier journey for potential donors

3. Provide multiple ways for users to donate to Starlight based on standard donation habits
